As a Product Manager, you are at the helm of product development, guiding the creation and improvement of products that meet our customers' needs and drive our company's success. You will lead cross-functional teams from a product's conception through to its launch. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will act as a bridge between the engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams, ensuring product goals are aligned with business objectives. Your insights into market trends and user requirements will directly influence the strategic direction and vision of our product portfolio.
● Product Strategy Development: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the product line, aligning with the company’s goals and market needs.
● Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning.
● Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior to understand their needs and pain points. Translate customer insights into product features and improvements.
● Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
● Product Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates the vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders. Ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet product milestones.
● Feature Specification and Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features and requirements. Write clear and detailed product specifications for the development team.
● Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and materials.
● Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor product performance against key metrics. Iterate and optimize products based on data-driven insights.
● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
● Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management (SaaS B2B Product)
● Knowledge of business process outsourcing, collection management, omni channels communication channels (Whatsapp Business, Telephony CTI, SMS API).
