We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and help drive Finfra’s product strategy, execution, and growth. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to build impactful products, identify new opportunities, and expand Finfra’s platform across the broader fintech ecosystem.

- Drive commercial impact by ensuring product initiatives align with business growth, customer needs, and operational goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of product initiatives, ensuring clear priorities, effective delivery, and strong outcomes.
- Own product performance and profitability, including key metrics, product roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand Finfra’s platform through new partnerships, use cases, and adjacent services within the fintech ecosystem.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and opportunities into clear, actionable product solutions.
- Enhance the customer experience through data-driven decision-making, customer insights, and continuous iteration.
- Lead product discovery with partners through interviews and feedback to ensure solutions address real customer and market needs.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation across all areas of ownership
A bit about you:
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within fintech, payments, lending, or related financial services.
- Proven track record of building and launching impactful products in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Strong platform-first mindset, with experience building products that connect multiple partners, users, or use cases rather than single-purpose solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian fintech ecosystem; experience across Asian or international markets is a plus.
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate business opportunities and customer needs into clear product strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Proactive and accountable, with the ability to work independently and take ownership from discovery
