Responsibilities:
- Create a new product concept through in-depth research into the market trends
- Involve in a product development project
- Conduct both internal and external user insight
- Innovating new products regarding the formula, packaging and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product
- In charge to take all of the responsibility for the whole product innovation process
- Engage internal and external end users to gather insight that informs product decisions
- Generate and distribute product knowledge insight
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Aphotecary is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Beauty Product Development
- Has a broad knowledge of skincare or make-up ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast
- Able to conduct research on current market trends
- Update about beauty trend product development
