Key Responsibilities
Product Design & UX
Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
Define and map user journeys, flows, and interaction patterns across web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user interviews and usability tests, then translate findings into actionable design decisions.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship polished, accessible experiences.
Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all product surfaces.
AI-Powered Design Workflow
Actively use AI design tools (e.g., Galileo AI, Uizard, Figma AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent) to accelerate ideation and production.
Prototype and explore concepts faster using generative tools, then refine with craft and user insight.
Stay current with the AI design tool landscape and champion adoption of new capabilities within the team.
Collateral & Brand Design
Design company collateral including pitch decks, social media assets, email campaigns, event materials, and marketing landing pages.
Work alongside the Marketing and Communications team to ensure visual consistency with PINTAR's brand identity.
Produce high-quality assets efficiently across multiple formats and channels.
Collaboration & Communication
Present design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Give and receive constructive design critiques in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
Proficiency in Figma — including components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and Dev Mode.
Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Galileo AI, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, or similar) in a professional context.
Deep knowledge of UX best practices: user journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility.
A strong portfolio showcasing both product UX work and visual/collateral design.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high ownership and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in EdTech, B2C, or mobile-first products.
Basic motion design skills (Lottie, Principle, or After Effects).
Experience working in agile/scrum teams with rapid iteration cycles.
