Primary Job Duties
- Consult with users, analyze requirements and recommend technical design and specifications
- Develop, test, and implement technical solutions and third-party business integrations
- Proactively research and keep abreast of new technologies applied to the company
- Debug code for existing programs based on the immediate need
- Maintain and update PHP Based Web Applications as required
- Troubleshoot system bugs and issues
- Mentor Jr. Developers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge and experience with PHP
- Minimum 2 Years of development experience with Yii Framework
- Strong knowledge of MySQL or Maria DB
- Strong knowledge and experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS3
- Strong knowledge of the LAMP stack
- Experience with JSON and XML
- Familiarity with EAV and MVC design patterns
- Familiarity with Git Version Control Software
- Familiarity with the use of Project Management Software
- Familiarity with Bootstrap, jQuery, and/or VueJS
- Knowledge of Docker and related toolsets is a plus
- Hard-working and team-oriented
- Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at a given time
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Related Field, Or Equivalent Experience
- 2+ Years Professional PHP Development Experience using Yii Framework
