SENIOR PERFORMANCE MARKETER - Meta Ads

Location: Jakarta; full-time, on-site
Base salary: Rp10,000,000–Rp15,000,000 per month + uncapped performance-based commission

We are a health and beauty brand selling high-ticket products (around Rp1 million) through a Meta Ads → Landing Page → WhatsApp funnel.
AI-POWERED MARKETING SYSTEM
Our internal AI system supports content ideation, creative production, WhatsApp sales, follow-ups, and customer retention.
Your main responsibility is to plan, execute, optimize, and scale profitable Meta Ads campaigns. You will use our AI system to guide creative strategy, evaluate output quality, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve advertising performance.
We provide the system. You drive the performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meta Ads strategy and scaling: Independently plan, launch, test, optimize, and scale campaigns through a Landing Page → WhatsApp funnel.
- Creative strategy and testing: Develop and test advertising angles, hooks, audiences, and creatives to identify winning campaigns and scaling opportunities.
- AI system operation: Direct creative production, evaluate output quality, and align marketing activities with campaign goals.
- Data and performance analysis: Analyze CPM, CTR, CPC, landing page conversions, WhatsApp contacts, CPA, and ROAS. Make independent decisions on budget allocation, optimization, scaling, and stopping ineffective campaigns.
- Funnel optimization: Identify conversion bottlenecks across Meta Ads → Landing Page → WhatsApp → Sales, and collaborate with relevant teams to improve results.
- SOP improvement: Review and improve advertising workflows, testing processes, and performance reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with a proven record of independently managing and scaling profitable campaigns.
- Experience marketing products priced at Rp500,000 or above, especially through direct-response or sales-conversion funnels.
- Personally managed at least Rp5 million in daily ad spend with measurable, profitable results. Experience managing Rp10 million per day or more is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with a Landing Page → WhatsApp funnel, including conversion tracking and lead quality evaluation.
- Understand the relationship between traffic quality, landing page performance, WhatsApp contacts, closing rate, CPA, and ROAS.
- Able to develop creative testing strategies, identify winning campaigns, and make data-driven scaling and optimization decisions.
- Comfortable using AI marketing tools and adapting quickly to new systems and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with full ownership of campaign performance.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience marketing health, beauty, skincare, or supplement products.
- Experience managing Rp10 million or more in daily ad spend.
- Experience using AI for creative research, content development, marketing analysis, or workflow optimization.
- Experience improving conversions across Meta Ads → Landing Page → WhatsApp → Sales.

REQUIRED WITH YOUR APPLICATION
