Job description for Senior Performance Marketer at Myooz

Senior Performance Marketer

Paid media is not one part of this role. It is the role.

Myooz is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who has built their career around paid acquisition, campaign architecture, experimentation and measurable growth. We are not looking for a Marketing Manager who also runs ads. We are looking for someone who thinks deeply about Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, funnels, attribution, landing pages, creative, copy, audience behaviour and unit economics, and understands how those elements work together to improve performance. You should be able to open an ad account, understand what is happening quickly, identify where performance is being lost and build a clear plan for what should happen next.

About Myooz

Myooz is an independent creative and marketing studio working with clients across multiple countries and industries. Our work spans strategy, design, and performance, giving our team exposure to very different markets, business models and growth challenges. We operate with a lean, senior structure and expect a high level of thinking, ownership and execution from everyone we work with.

The Role

You will own performance marketing across a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. Your responsibility extends beyond campaign management. You will work across the full paid acquisition system, from campaign architecture and audience strategy to creative direction, landing page performance, tracking, experimentation, reporting and optimisation. You will be expected to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and continuously improve how campaigns are structured and operated.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants direct responsibility for performance.

What You’ll Own

1. Paid Media Strategy

  • Develop and manage acquisition strategies across: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and other relevant paid channels, Retargeting and remarketing, Lead generation and conversion campaigns.
  • Build campaign structures appropriate to each business, including TOF, MOF and BOF strategies where relevant.
  • Determine how budgets should be allocated across audiences, channels, campaigns and funnel stages.

2. Campaign Management & Optimisation

  • Own campaigns from launch through optimisation and scaling.
  • Continuously analyse: CAC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, ROI, Conversion rates, CTR, CPC, CPM, Lead quality, Funnel performance
  • Performance reporting is only useful if it leads to a decision.
  • We expect you to explain what happened, why it happened and what should happen next.

3. Creative & Messaging

Performance marketing does not stop inside Ads Manager.

  • You should understand: Advertising hooks, Creative angles, Offers, Headlines, Primary copy, Audience psychology, Creative fatigue, Testing frameworks, Message-market fit
  • You do not need to be the designer, but you need to know what creative needs to be produced and why.

You will work with our creative team to turn campaign insights into stronger advertising.

4. Landing Pages & Conversion

  • You should understand what makes a high-performing landing page.
  • You will be expected to evaluate: Page structure, Value proposition, Information hierarchy, Copy, CTAs, Trust signals, Forms, Friction, Mobile experience, Conversion paths

If the media is performing but the landing page is not converting, you should be able to identify the problem.

5. Tracking & Measurement

  • You should be comfortable working with the infrastructure behind performance marketing, including areas such as: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTM structures, Attribution, CRM conversion data, Offline conversion tracking
  • You should understand the difference between platform-reported performance and actual business outcomes.

How We Work

Organisation matters as much as optimisation. Every active campaign, experiment, proposed change and next action needs to be clearly documented.

We use Monday.com as the operational source of truth across accounts.

For every client, the team should be able to see:

  • What is live
  • What is being tested
  • What changed
  • What we learned
  • What is working
  • What is underperforming
  • What needs to happen next
  • Who owns the action
  • When it needs to happen

You will participate in weekly performance reviews and come prepared with insights, recommendations and clearly assigned next actions for every active account.

AI, Automation & Better Systems

We are particularly interested in performance marketers who are already using AI beyond basic copy generation.

This could include: API-driven workflows, Automated reporting, Campaign data analysis, Anomaly detection, Automated QA, Creative performance analysis, Scripts, Data enrichment, LLM-based reporting and analysis, Custom dashboards, Automated campaign monitoring, Internal tools that accelerate decision-making

We do not expect one specific technology stack. We do expect curiosity.

If you are already building better ways to analyse, operate and optimise paid media, we want to understand how.

Requirements

You should have:

  • A career primarily focused on performance marketing and paid media
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Experience managing LinkedIn Ads, particularly for B2B
  • Proven B2B performance marketing experience
  • Experience managing USD 10,000+ monthly advertising budgets, with direct responsibility for performance
  • Strong understanding of campaign and funnel architecture
  • Experience with TOF, MOF and BOF strategy
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Strong understanding of CRO and landing page fundamentals
  • Strong understanding of advertising copy and creative strategy
  • Experience with tracking, attribution and measurement
  • Ability to communicate performance clearly to clients and internal teams
  • Excellent organisation and project management discipline

What We’re Looking For

The strongest candidate will be someone who:

  • Obsesses over the numbers without forgetting the customer.
  • Can move comfortably between campaign data, creative, copy and landing pages.
  • Knows when to optimise an existing campaign and when the underlying strategy needs to change.
  • Does not confuse activity with progress.
  • Can manage substantial budgets without becoming careless with small inefficiencies.
  • Tests methodically rather than randomly.
  • Documents decisions.
  • Takes ownership.
  • And understands that the job is not to make dashboards look good. The job is to make the business perform better.

What This Role Is Not

  • This is not a general Marketing Manager role.
  • This is not a social media management role.
  • This is not a role for someone whose experience is primarily organic marketing, content or brand with some paid media exposure.

We are specifically looking for someone whose professional craft is performance marketing.

If paid media is one of ten things you do, this is probably not the right role.

If it is the discipline you have spent years mastering, we want to hear from you.
