The Senior-Pengacara Korporat will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel on corporate matters, including but not limited to drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and representing the firm's clients in various legal proceedings. The role involves conducting thorough legal research, advising on administrative and labor law issues, and assisting with international legal frameworks. The individual will also be expected to collaborate with other legal professionals, manage client communications, and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all legal activities.
We are looking for a female candidate who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field. Prior experience in the legal field, ranging from 1 to 3 years, is required. Ideal candidates should possess strong skills in Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Corporate Law, Legal Research, Contract Review, Legal Compliance, International Law, and Contract Law.
