Job description for Senior Pastry Chef at LAYDAY ULUWATU
The Senior Pastry Chef will be responsible for overseeing the development and preparation of high-quality pastries and desserts, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. This role involves managing daily pastry operations, creating new menu items, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to meet the needs of our guests. The ideal candidate will also be involved in training and mentoring junior chefs, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area in accordance with health and safety standards.
We are looking for a male candidate with an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates should possess strong skills in customer service, cooking, teamwork, and the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience in candy and pastry research and development, Western pastry, and baking is essential. A passion for creating delicious and innovative pastries, along with a positive attitude, will make you a great fit for our team.
