About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and multitasking individual to join our team as a Senior Operations & Reservation Assistant. This dual-function role is bridge between guest hospitality and operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing the full reservation cycle and ensuring our villas are 100% ready to welcome guests through rigorous quality control and coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

Reservation Management: Handle daily bookings and inquiries through various OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.).

Guest Relations: Manage professional communication with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure a seamless experience.

Operational Oversight: Perform physical inspections of villas to ensure cleanliness and facility readiness (QC) before guest arrival.

On-Site Coordination: Act as the primary link between guests and our housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor teams to resolve issues promptly.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, update availability/rates, and prepare simple daily/weekly operational reports using Google Sheets/MS Office.

Problem Solving: Efficiently handle guest requests and operational challenges with a professional and "can-do" attitude.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Diploma/Associate Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in villa management, hotel reservations, or hospitality operations.

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of OTA management, booking engines, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Office.

Communication: Strong command of English (both written and spoken) is essential.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing dynamic schedules typical of the hospitality industry.
