Job description for SENIOR MODEL BOOKER at Balistarz
We're seeking an experienced, commercially minded booker who can manage client relationships, negotiate bookings and help drive agency growth.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage model bookings from initial enquiry through confirmation and completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients.
- Negotiate model fees, usage rights, contracts and booking conditions.
- Understand commercial campaign usage, licensing, territories and exclusivity.
- Manage casting submissions and recommend appropriate talent.
- Coordinate with models, mother agencies and production companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
- Mentor junior team members and maintain high booking standards.
- Work closely with management on agency strategy and talent development.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in model booking, talent management, fashion production or a closely related commercial role.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client relationships.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence dealing with international clients and demanding production schedules.
- A proactive, solutions-focused personality.
- High professional standards, discretion and integrity.
Experience with international model agencies and advertising campaigns is highly valued.
