Job description for Senior Merchandiser at Howel And Co
Job Desc :
1.Develop new product of merchandising strategies that balance customer's expectations and company's objective
2.Strategic sourcing and negotiate trading term and price
3.Maintain good relationships with suppliers
4.Get updated on latest price, discounts, and promos from suppliers
5.Develop promotional and other marketing strategies to help achieving sales goals
6.Perform market research, understand market trend and buying behavior
7.Provide exceptional coordination with other departments and suppliers
8.Maintain a good stock level and stock availability at all time
Qualification :
1.Min 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
2. Having network of suppliers will be preferred
3.Having basic knowledge in stock management will be preferred
4.Proven working experience as merchandiser or data analyst, preferably from retail business with minimum 3 years working experience
5.Detail oriented, resilience under pressure
