Job description for Senior Merchandiser at Busana Apparel Group

enior Merchandiser
Job Description:
- Communicating with direct buyer for Development stage (salesman sample) until Production stages and shipment
- Communicating with the supplier for materials order
- Following up on materials issue with supplier and purchase dept including production team
- Experiences handle difficult customer or buyer
- Able to handle a team of 4 Merchandiser 
- Smart, Energic, Attention to Details, and Creative.
- Fast learner
- Fluent in English.
 
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s or diploma degree, any field (mandatory)
- Graduate from Textile major will be an advantage
- Should be able to communicate in English both written and verbal
- Experience of working in marketing and merchandising of garments industry and handle many cases in garment 
- Having at least 6-10 years of work experience as a garments merchandiser, preferably at the supervisory level
- Have leadership skill and manage 3-4 merchandiser below
- Willing to be placed at Cileungsi
- Indonesia nationality
