- Designing and developing: Designing and developing prototypes, mechanical systems, and components
- Managing projects: Developing, initiating, and managing all phases of projects
- Ensuring safety: Ensuring that mechanical systems are safe and efficient
- Improving processes: Identifying deficiencies in mechanical processes and developing improvements
- Supervising production: Supervising the production and installation of projects
- Creating standards: Creating Work Instructions, records, and procedures for the Assembly process
- Estimating costs: Estimating costs and timeline associated with the development of a product
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that product development and manufacturing procedures adhere to legal safety standards
- Managing mechanical failures: Managing mechanical failures and troubleshooting
- Education background Minimum D3/S1 Mechanical Engineer is a must
- Experienced in Mechanical Engineering minimum 2 years preferable in Diesel Engine
- Good Communication in English Verbal and Oral
