Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Supervise and evaluate the mechanical team's daily performance and work quality
- Work Planning: Develop and implement structured workshop work plans
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training for junior mechanics
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets company standards and target deadlines
- Work Ethic: Highly meticulous, disciplined, and responsible
- Versatility: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma 3 (D3) in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in an authorized car repair shop or dealership
- Certifications: BNSP certified (highly preferred)
- Language: Good communication skills in English (a strong advantage)
- Licensing & Documentation: Must hold a valid Class A driver's license (SIM A), an active passport, and a valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
- Mobility: Willing and ready to travel for domestic and international business trips
