Skills & Qualifications :
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- A candidate with Hokkien communication skills is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or related industries
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and advertising
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in organizing events and public relations
- Proficiency in design tools is a plus
Responsibilities :
- Plan and run marketing campaigns to promote the school and increase student enrollment
- Manage digital marketing efforts
- Work closely with the admissions team to support student recruitment
- Build and maintain good relationships with parents, students, and media partners
- Analyze market trends to develop effective marketing plans
- Lead and guide the marketing team to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Create interesting content for brochures and social media posts
- Monitor and report on the results of marketing activities to see what works best
