PT BMT Asia Indonesia is an environmental consulting and laboratory services company providing professional solutions in environmental assessment, monitoring, laboratory analysis, and environmental management for clients across the Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and other industrial sectors.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Representative to strengthen our presence in Sidoarjo and East Java and develop new business opportunities with industrial and corporate clients.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients, particularly in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Promote the company’s environmental consulting, environmental laboratory, monitoring, and related professional services.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other commercial documents in coordination with the technical and operational teams.
• Manage the sales pipeline and regularly report marketing activities, opportunities, and business progress to management.
• Attend client meetings, business networking events, exhibitions, and other relevant industry activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly understood and followed up.
• Support negotiation and commercial discussions with clients while maintaining company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Achieve agreed marketing, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in environmental consulting, laboratory services, industrial services, engineering, or other B2B industries.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate and industrial clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Willing to conduct frequent business visits and travel within Sidoarjo, Surabaya, East Java, and surrounding areas.
• Having an established network with industrial companies, manufacturing, Oil & Gas, mining, or other relevant sectors will be an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
• Able to work effectively with technical and commercial teams.
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo representative office.
