Job description for Senior Marketing Executive at Avana Indonesia
- Assist in digital and social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement, and customer retention.
- Execute brand activation programs that involve database management, SMS campaigns, telemarketing campaigns, and email campaigns.
- Managing project deliverables, monitoring, and updating work in progress.
- Conduct a post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Work closely with the internal team to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Assist in tasks related to Customer Relationship Management as and when being assigned.
- Assist Marketing Lead and other members of the Marketing Department with any ad hoc responsibilities.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead or Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience as Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creative and have commercial awareness.
- Able to take initiative and to work independently and within a team.
