Job description for Senior Marketing Executive at Manpower Việt Nam
Work Location: ARCHER DANIELS MIDLAND VN (ADM Viet Nam) - Quarter 1B, An Phu, Thuan An, Binh Duong
Salary: Negotiable salary, up to 25 mil.
Working time: 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in identifying business needs and strategic direction for Vietnam Animal Nutrition.
- Gather and analyze competitor and customer insights to support tactical and strategic decisions.
- Assist in executing strategic marketing initiatives to fulfill business strategy and meet commercial targets.
- Social media management including but not limited to planning social media calendar, coordination of design and content, community engagement and performance monitoring of Vietnam Facebook page/s.
- Support in events planning including but not limited to Trade Shows, Industry Conferences, Customer Seminar and other similar activities.
- Adaption (localization and translation) of global and regional materials while ensuring alignment to branding guidelines and quality standards. - Assist with procurement processeses including PR/PO follow-up and distribution of marketing collateral.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories; recording office activities and business transactions; and other clerical duties as required.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Your Profile:
Education
● Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Animal Science related courses and other similar field Experience
● Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the industry
● Social Media management / digital marketing / Event Coordination know-how
Skills
● Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications.
● Highly autonomous while being collaborative and an excellent team player.
● High level of organization and attention to detail.
● Excellent time management skills. Comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
