Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Partnership to support the marketing and partnership activities of our online game, with a focus on the Southeast Asia market, especially Indonesia.
You will be responsible for developing marketing promotion plans, identifying potential partners, and supporting campaigns that increase game awareness, player acquisition, and engagement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans for online games in Southeast Asia.
* Research market trends, competitors, communities, and potential marketing opportunities.
* Identify and develop partnerships with brands, communities, influencers, media, and other relevant partners.
* Coordinate promotional campaigns and partnership activities from planning to execution.
* Work closely with internal teams such as Live Ops team.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports and recommendations.
* Maintain good relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
* Support other marketing activities and events as required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in marketing, partnership, business development, or a related field. Experience in gaming industry is a plus.
* Strong interest in the online gaming industry and online culture.
* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to create marketing plans and manage multiple projects.
* Good command of English, both written and verbal.
* Proactive, creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the gaming, entertainment, digital, or technology industry is a plus.
