About Us
We are a contract manufacturing company serving the electronics and healthcare industries, based in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi. We are looking for an experienced finance leader to head our Finance & Accounting function and partner with management as the business grows.
The Role
You will own the company's financial reporting, controls and tax compliance, lead the finance and accounting team, and turn the numbers into clear insights that support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver accurate, timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, and perform variance analysis on actual vs. budget results, including manufacturing costs and margins.
• Design, implement and maintain strong internal controls, policies and SOPs.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and coordinate with tax consultants and authorities.
• Manage the external audit process and follow up on findings.
• Oversee the accounting and ERP systems and drive process improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance and accounting team.
Requirements
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance management role at a large manufacturing or multinational company.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, financial analysis and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining internal controls.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience with accounting and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong leader: results-oriented, well-organized, proactive and an effective communicator.
