Job description for Senior Legal at PT. Dillenger and Conquest Partners
* Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
* Minimum **5 years of relevant legal experience**, preferably within a law firm, corporate legal department, property developer, or real estate company.
* Strong knowledge and practical experience in **Indonesian corporate law**, particularly the establishment, amendment, restructuring, and ongoing compliance of **PT PMA (Foreign Investment Companies)**.
* Strong understanding of **Indonesian immigration matters**, including Investor KITAS, Working KITAS, RPTKA, work permits, and other immigration-related compliance for foreign nationals.
* Experienced in **drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing legal agreements**, including employment agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, land agreements, construction agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other commercial contracts.
* Good knowledge of **real estate and property law**, including land due diligence, land ownership documents, leasehold arrangements, SHM/SHGB, land transactions, and property development structures.
* Familiar with the licensing and regulatory processes related to **PBG, SLF, KKPR, and other building/property permits**.
* Good understanding of **OSS-RBA, NIB, KBLI, Standard Certificates, and other business licensing requirements**.
* Able to conduct comprehensive **legal due diligence** and identify potential legal and regulatory risks.
* Able to coordinate professionally with **notaries, government authorities, immigration offices, consultants, landowners, contractors, and external legal counsel**.
* Strong legal research, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
* Able to work independently, take ownership of legal matters, and provide practical legal recommendations to management.
* **Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia**, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft professional legal documents and communicate confidently with international clients.
* Experience within the **real estate, property development, hospitality, or foreign investment sector** will be highly preferred.
* Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
