Job description for Senior Legal at Mantappu Corp.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for overseeing all legal matters for Mantappu Corp and its subsidiary companies
- Prepare initial drafts, revisions, and reviews of contracts and agreements.
- Draft contracts related to talent, business operations, and third-party agreements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations.
- Lead legal research and analysis to support the company’s business processes and legal approach.
- Provide legal recommendations based on research to ensure company policies and business decisions comply with regulations.
- Monitor legal developments and regulatory changes that could impact business operations.
- Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of contract lifecycle management.
- Supervise and guide Legal Officers in managing and monitoring the contract database.
- Advise senior management on corporate legal matters, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Handle and resolve unforeseen legal issues that arise within the company.
- Conduct in-depth research related to legal regulations affecting the company.
- Coordinate fact-checking processes with government institutions to fulfill mandatory legal actions.
- Align with external consultants and stakeholders for notarial deeds, licensing, and other mandatory legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law (Ilmu Hukum), Master’s Degree (S2) preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate law, contract management, or regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or industry-specific legal advisory role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian business law, corporate governance, and contract law
- Experience working in industries related to talent management, media, entertainment, or digital business is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple legal projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills to interpret regulations and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
