Job description for SENIOR LEGAL MANAGER at Anjuna Bay Bali
Real Estate Developer seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Manager – Real Estate to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance on real estate transactions, compliance, and contractual matters.
Work responsibilities :
Provide legal advice on real estate acquisitions, leases, and property development projects.
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, including lease agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and joint venture agreements.
Manage legal disputes and litigation related to real estate matters.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and business development teams, to assess legal risks and provide strategic legal solutions.
Work closely with external legal counsel on complex legal matters.
Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and industry trends to mitigate risks.
Develop and implement policies and best practices related to real estate legal matters.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s degree (LLM) or relevant certification is a plus.
Admission to the bar and good standing with the relevant legal authority.
Minimum 4 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on real estate law.
Extensive experience in handling commercial real estate transactions and property laws.
Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
Experience in managing legal disputes and litigation related to real estate.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
