Job Description:

Provide strategic legal advice to executive management and handle corporate legal affairs.
Manage contract drafting, licensing, corporate compliance, mining law, land, and environmental matters.
Oversee litigation processes and represent the company in legal disputes.
Coordinate with government authorities and external legal counsel.

Qualifications:

Min. 5–8 years of legal experience, preferably in Mining, Smelter, or Industrial Park sectors.
Strong expertise in Indonesian mining law, contracts, licensing, and compliance.
Proven track record in handling litigation and government relations.
Based at or willing to relocate to HO Morowali.
