Job description for Senior IT Specialist at PT Dias Naga Alpha
PT Dias Naga Alpha (DNA) is looking for an individual with the following skills and knowledge to assist us. We are a multifaceted organization that specializes in next generation computing, cybersecurity and other tomorrow technologies.We are seeking a Senior IT Specialist, a professional system configuration and network professional with clear documentation writing capabilities.
As a Senior IT Specialist, you will bring sharp critical thinking, clear and comfortable communication in English and Indonesian (written and spoken), and the ability to excel both independently and within a team. This role is flexible and responsive to immediate needs for extra support in different work areas. Operating in a security-first environment, we place the highest importance on trust, discretion, and confidentiality.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Execute complex IT, OT, and IoT troubleshooting beyond first-line support (excluding ERP)
- Perform hardware, software, network, and cloud deployments, updates, and lifecycle management
- Manage Active Directory: create, modify, and deactivate user accounts; manage groups, permissions, policies, and access control compliance
- Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks for users, ensuring account, device, and access control compliance
- Monitor system performance, incident trends, and recurring issues; implement corrective actions
- Document technical solutions, update SOPs, and maintain knowledge base for continuity
- Support IT projects and technology improvement initiatives with hands-on execution
- Provide guidance and mentorship to IT Support staff during escalations or complex tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for deployments, incident support, and SLA adherence
- Respond to after-hours IT incidents when necessary (overtime paid)
- Report operational status, trends, and major issues to the IT Director for strategic decisions
Role Qualifications:
- Understanding of Cyber Resiliency Experience
- 3+ years of working experience in security-focused, regulated, and/or critical IT infrastructure environments
- In-depth knowledge of network architecture and protocols, and security principles
- Proficient in managing various operating systems, storage, databases, and cloud platforms
- Skilled in configuration and troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues
- Ability to lead IT projects from planning to deployment and write procedures and documentation for problems, solutions, and standards
- Stay up-to-date with IT trends and implement new technology solutions
- Effective communication skills in English and Indonesian: written and oral, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills (Applicants are required to submit their resume/CV in English)
