The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing solutions that align business needs with the right technology approach. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and can be successfully implemented.

You will also support solution discussions, define system designs, and contribute to both delivery and pre-sales activities to ensure the right solution is proposed from the beginning.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Solution Architect who will design end-to-end solutions and ensure alignment between business requirements and technology implementation.

You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and the sales organization to deliver solutions that are well-structured, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end solution architecture from concept to implementation, translating business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions

• Collaborating with stakeholders and acting as a bridge between business needs and technology delivery

• Defining solution designs, architecture blueprints, and providing clear technical recommendations and roadmaps

• Supporting pre-sales activities through solutioning, technical presentations, and product demonstrations

• Providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including guiding teams and validating solution designs

• Developing proof-of-concepts (POCs), performing performance analysis, and ensuring solution quality

• Driving continuous improvement by documenting best practices and contributing to innovation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum GPA of 3.50 from a reputable university, such as UI, ITB, or an overseas university.

• 2 - 3 years of experience in system design, software development, or solution architecture

• Strong understanding of system architecture, application design, and IT infrastructure

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work across technical and business domains in a collaborative environment
