Job description for Senior IT Helpdesk Support at PT Unilabel Pakindo Jaya
Job Descriptions:
- Reporting Directly to IT Operations Lead.
- Responsible for handling advanced IT support issues,
- Handle complex hardware, software, network, and server issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets according to SLA and business impact
- As a Mentor junior helpdesk staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and SOPs
- Monthly service and incident ticket reports
- Create and maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and recommendations for improvement
Skill & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/supervisory role
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Expertise in hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and IT security best practices
