Senior IoT Hardware Engineer

Requirement for Company/Service Provider Workers (partners)

• Scope of Work

1. Lead Hardware testing and QC for IOT Product
2. Create and manage Standard Of installation and troubleshooting
3. Support product and marketing team in technical hardware aspect
4. Do installation and troubleshooting in customer site
5. Taking lead of product demonstration in customer and marketing event including product scenario and user application

Requirements & Specifications

Technical Skills:

1. Understand Electrical knowledge and/or mechatronic
2. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
3. Understand customer pain point and able to convert to creative solutions
4. Understand IOT communication protocol (MQTT, ACMP, HTTP, TCP, etc) is a plus

Experiences:

1. Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering, Computer engineer, Industrial Engineering or a related field
2. Experience in Fleet management (GPS tracking), CCTV, Energy Management hardware installation, troubleshooting and research
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role
4. Experience and knowledge of local IoT network technologies
5. Strong understanding Canbus, Modbus, RS232, RS485 mechanism
6. Preferred from Fleet management player, CCTV SI player, Energy Management SI player, Industry automation SI Player
