Job description for Senior Interior Designer at CG Interior
Job Desc:
1. Handle projects with minimum supervision
2. Reporting to the Principal Designer/Manager on tasks and deliverables and work directly with him/her to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion; on-time, on/under-budget, and meets DDA’s quality standards
3. Work collaboratively with the director/managers and the project team to develop and advance the design agenda of each project
4. Skillfully resolve detailing and technical issues in line with the project’s design agenda
5. Where appropriate, manage project teams, deliverables, and finances to meet profit targets & deadlines
6. Oversee and mentor junior and interior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process.
7. Provide all details required, direct and monitor draftsmen during the process of technical drawing sets.
8. Work with external collaborators including clients, consultants, and other project partners
Requirement:
1. >=5 years experience in the same field
2. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
3. Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
4. Excellent time and project management skills.
