Job Description
- Lead interior design projects from concept development to project completion
- Develop design concepts, space planning, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations
- Produce detailed and production-ready working drawings using AutoCAD
- Design and develop custom furniture (built-in & loose furniture) including material and finishing specifications
- Create 3D models and high-quality visualizations using SketchUp and D5 Render
- Prepare BOQ/RAB, cost estimations, and assist in budget control throughout project execution
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams
- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Review design implementation and resolve technical issues during construction and installation
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines
- Present design proposals and revisions to clients professionally
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior designers when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Design
- Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and project stakeholders
- Able to produce detailed, complete, and production-ready AutoCAD working drawings
- Experienced in designing custom furniture (built-in & loose furniture) with understanding of construction details, materials, and finishing
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render (MANDATORY), and Photoshop
- Lumion and Enscape proficiency is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the complete interior design process from concept, layout, 3D visualization, working drawings, to project execution
- Able to prepare detailed BOQ/RAB and perform budget monitoring
- Experienced in coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Familiar with site supervision, quality control, and project monitoring
- Strong problem-solving skills for design revisions and technical challenges
- Detail-oriented with excellent understanding of materials, lighting, color schemes, and finishing
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior designers are preferred
- Experience in hospitality projects is highly preferred
- Basic negotiation skills with vendors and contractors are an advantage
Working Details
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 08.00 – 17.00 WIB
- Location: South Quarter, Cilandak, South Jakarta
