Job description for Senior Influencer Marketing (Mandarin Speaker) at eVantage HR
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and client servicing teams to understand client requirements and marketing goals.
- Develop customized influencer marketing proposals, including campaign strategy, concept, deliverables, timelines, and cost estimation.
- Research and identify suitable influencers/KOLs that align with brand objectives and target audience.
- Prepare engaging pitch decks and assist in client presentations.
- Work with the creative and strategy teams to ideate campaign concepts and content directions.
- Support in preparing competitive analysis, market insights, and case studies to strengthen proposals.
- Maintain internal databases of influencers, pricing, and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition from presales to execution phase.
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and emerging KOLs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken English and Mandarin *IS A MUST — must be able to communicate clearly in daily calls to articulate complex influencer/talent strategies
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, or marketing—preferably in an influencer agency, digital marketing, or creative industry.
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (Canva is a plus).
- Understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital campaign metrics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
