This role is for an HR professional to manage day-to-day people operations, build scalable HR processes, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. The associate will handle a broad range of HR responsibilities from employee records and benefits to performance support and recruitment.
💼 Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and offboarding
• Draft and maintain employment contracts, HR documentation, policies, and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Manage employee insurance, benefits administration, and related external providers
• Handle employee relations and support management on workplace and disciplinary matters
• Support performance reviews, employee development, and other people initiatives
• Assist with recruitment and hiring activities when required
• Continuously improve HR processes as the organization grows
✅ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS, and employment practices
• Experience with employment contracts, HR policies, SOPs, and employee relations
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
• High level of integrity when handling confidential information
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferably experienced with retail F&B (e.g., Ismaya, MAP, Artisan Group)
• Understanding of taxation (perpajakan) is a plus
