Job description for Senior HRD at PT. Envicon Ekatama
About the role
This is a Senior HRD position responsible for managing and overseeing Human Resources functions comprehensively for both office and project/site needs at PT Envicon Ekatama, a fabrication & construction company with experience in various industrial projects including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Geothermal, Mining, and General Industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Human Resources functions comprehensively for office and project/site needs
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from manpower planning, candidate sourcing, screening, interview, to offering and onboarding
- Develop and establish HR policies and procedures according to company needs
- Ensure implementation of company policies in compliance with Indonesian labour regulations
- Provide advice to management regarding labour issues, industrial relations, employment contracts, disciplinary action, and employee problem resolution
- Manage labour administration and documentation, including PKWT/PKWTT, company regulations, HR correspondence, and personnel documents
- Handle industrial relations and coordinate with external parties as needed
- Manage employee database and administration accurately and systematically
- Monitor probation periods, employment contracts, employee evaluations, and renewal/termination needs
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure manpower needs are met according to targets
About you
- Minimum S1 education in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience at Senior HR/HR Supervisor/HR Manager level being an advantage
- Understanding of Indonesian labour regulations and ability to apply them in practice
- Good understanding of PKWT, PKWTT, industrial relations, company regulations, worker rights and obligations, and employment termination processes
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for large-scale manpower needs and technical positions
- Able to conduct effective candidate interviews and assessments
- Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Accustomed to working independently and coordinating with various levels of positions
- Good administrative and documentation capabilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Willing to work with the dynamics of fabrication & construction industry and project/site manpower needs
- Experience in construction, fabrication, engineering, manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or EPC industries is an advantage
