Senior HR Generalist
Job Description
1. Payroll & Compensation & Benefits
- Manage and review monthly payroll, including salary calculation, overtime, deductions, THR, BPJS, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Improve payroll processes and maintain accurate employee compensation records.
2. HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and internal regulations in accordance with business needs and Indonesian labor laws.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across departments.
- Monitor changes in employment regulations and recommend necessary policy updates.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and employment-related compliance matters.
3. Organizational Development (OD) & Performance Management
- Support the development of organizational structures, job descriptions, and workforce planning.
- Develop and improve performance management processes, including KPI setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Support employee development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to improve workforce productivity.
4. General HR Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, attendance, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with regional management and HQ on HR policies, reporting, and organizational initiatives.
- Handle General Affairs (GA), company licenses, permits, vendor coordination, and other administrative compliance requirements.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to payroll, HR policy development, and organizational development.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law, Industrial Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, BPJS, and HR Compliance.
4. Experience in developing HR policies, SOPs, and performance management processes.
5. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
6. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
7. Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
8. Willing to work on-site at Pergudangan 99, Kosambi, Tangerang Regency.
