Job description for Senior HR Executive at Qxpress Pte Ltd

We are an e-commerce logistics company based in Toh Guan Road, Jurong.
We are seeking to hire a Senior HR Executive on a full-time basis.
We work five days a week, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform full cycle of recruitment process
Responsible for volume sourcing and timely recruitment of various functions to support business operations and manpower needs
Partner with Operation Managers to fulfil their hiring requirements
Administer on-boarding including pre-employment checks, the creation of P-files, creation of new hires in unit4 system.
Conduct and ensure new hire orientations
Preparation of Letter of Appointments, confirmations, promotion letters
Handle employee resignations in accordance to MOM
Ensure proper exit clearance for resignees from the organization
Liaising with recruitment agencies and checking timesheets for part-timer matters
Apply, renew, issue and cancel work passes
Answer any employment related inquiries from employees or government boards
Requirements
Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience specializing in recruitment
Deep understanding of recruitment processes
Proactive with ideas to increase applicants for hiring
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Remuneration
Basic Salary from $2,300 to $2,800
Attendance Incentive of $300 monthly for good attendance (no lateness, no absences, less than 1day annual leave taken per month)
12 days Annual Leave per year
Standard Sick Leave & Hospitalization & Child Care leave, Bereavement, Marriage, Paternity, Maternity, Covid19 Booster leaves.
Quarterly performance reviews with salary adjustments
Working Hours: 5 days
Mon to Thu - 9am to 7pm
Friday - 9am to 6pm
Off Day - Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
