HR Business Partner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and scale the organization structure, roles, SOPs, and cross-department workflows together with the CEO.
- Own full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and probation reviews across all departments.
- Oversee payroll, BPJS, employment contracts, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Run the OKR-based performance cycle and coach managers on feedback and performance issues.
- Lead engagement programs, employee relations, and company culture initiatives.
- Lead the People & Culture team and oversee general affairs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–8 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in an HR Manager, HRBP, or Head of HR role.
- Proven track record of building HR from the ground up: structure, SOPs, policies, and processes.
- Strong generalist background in recruitment, payroll, BPJS, and performance management.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor law and BPJS regulations.
- Hands-on, comfortable working directly with the CEO while handling day-to-day execution.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing retail, fashion, F&B, or e-commerce company.
- Experience implementing OKRs
