LOWONGAN KERJA: SENIOR HOST LIVE STREAMING

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Memandu sesi live streaming secara interaktif, berenergi tinggi, dan persuasif di platform utama perusahaan;
Menguasai product knowledge, nilai jual unik (selling points), dan mekanisme promosi untuk mendorong konversi penjualan serta GMV;
Menganalisis respon audiens secara real-time untuk menyesuaikan strategi komunikasi, mengatasi pertanyaan/keberatan, dan menjaga retention rate;
Membimbing (mentoring) serta menjadi role model bagi host junior terkait teknik public speaking, hook, dan closing sales;
Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing dan kreatif dalam menyusun alur program live, promo kilat (flash sale), dan aktivasi konten

Kualifikasi

Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Host Live Streaming dengan rekam jejak penjualan (GMV) yang terbukti di portofolio;
Percaya diri tinggi di depan kamera, artikulasi jelas, ekspresif, dan memiliki daya persuasif yang kuat;
Memahami dinamika algoritma live, trik pin produk, retensi penonton, dan fitur interaktif platform e-commerce;
Memiliki kemampuan improvisasi cepat dan tenang dalam menangani kendala teknis atau komentar negatif saat siaran;
Disiplin, berorientasi pada target penjualan, dan bersedia bekerja dengan jadwal shift (termasuk akhir pekan/hari libur jika diperlukan).
