To lead the development and execution of the company’s digital sales strategy across all online channels. This position is responsible for driving business growth, enhancing brand positioning, increasing operational efficiency, and optimizing customer experience across digital platforms. The Senior Growth Hacker Manager plays a strategic role in steering the digital transformation of the sales function and supporting the achievement of corporate objectives in the competitive and dynamic fashion retail industry.
1. Develop short- and long-term digital sales strategies, covering marketplace channels, e-commerce websites, interactive social commerce platforms, and live selling.
2. Integrate market data analysis, consumer behavior insights, and industry trends into strategic decision-making.
3. Align digital sales strategies with overall business direction and brand identity.
4. Design and refine adaptive, competitive, and margin-driven online business models.
5. Initiate digital channel expansion, including integration with emerging platforms such as TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, and others.
6. Define pricing strategies and promotional structures in line with product positioning and market dynamics.
7. Supervise and guide day-to-day operations of the digital sales team through coordination with the Online Sales Manager and Supervisor.
8. Ensure cross-functional collaboration between Marketplace, Customer Service, and Livestreaming teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality digital customer experience.
9. Establish workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency, accountability, and service excellence.
10. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital customer journey strategy—from customer acquisition to retention.
11. Enhance CRM programs, loyalty initiatives, and personalized offerings through data-driven insights.
12. Collaborate with the Brand and Digital Marketing teams to create a consistent and impactful brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
13. Utilize performance dashboards for daily operational evaluation and data-driven decision-making.
14. Conduct continuous improvement of digital strategies based on performance reviews and customer feedback.
15. Monitor emerging technologies and innovations in the digital retail space, including AI personalization, live commerce features, and omnichannel integration.
16. Initiate digital transformation projects that strengthen the company’s competitiveness in the online fashion retail market.
17. Coach and mentor Online Sales Managers and Supervisors to develop their leadership capabilities and strategic execution skills.
18. Establish performance evaluation systems based on Key Results and competencies to support sustainable growth of the digital sales team.
