We are currently looking for a Senior Greeter / Senior Host to join our team in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan. The Senior Greeter / Senior Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, providing information about our services, and maintaining a positive and organized front-of-house environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the restaurant staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring all interactions reflect the high standards of BIKO Group. Candidates should possess strong time management skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be FEMALE, have an SMA/SMK education level, and between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in customer service, social media, communication, hotel reservations, and time management are essential.
