Job description for Senior Graphic Designer at Herco Digital
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in agency is preferred).
- Possess a strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing materials, social media content, and digital design projects.
- Experienced in designing branding materials including logo development, brand identity systems, brand guideline/GSM, company profile, packaging, and stationery.
- Experienced in designing marketing and promotional materials such as posters, magazines, brochures, banners, flyers, and other print and digital campaign assets.
- Experienced in handling visual content for social media management, including feed, carousel, story, and other digital formats, with an understanding of current visual trends and platform specifications.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. Familiarity with CorelDraw will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphic tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut will be an advantage.
- Have knowledge or experience in UI website design, including understanding of layout hierarchy and basic UX principles (Figma proficiency is a plus).
- Able to produce high-quality, detail-oriented designs and prepare final artwork for both digital and print production.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and capable of making sound design decisions aligned with business objectives.
- Familiar with and able to utilize AI tools to enhance design workflow and productivity.
