Job description for Senior Graphic Designer at Centrum Technology International
THE ROLE
As a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer, you'll lead visual design across brand campaigns, digital content, and marketing materials, while being a go-to voice on how we integrate AI imagery tools into our creative workflow. You'll work closely with the creative lead, marketing team, and product teams to bring ideas to life quickly and at a high standard.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Concept and execute visual design for brand campaigns, social content, digital ads, presentations, and collateral
- Generate, direct, and refine AI-produced imagery using tools.
- Develop and maintain visual systems: style guides, component libraries, and asset templates that scale
- Collaborate cross-functionally with copy, marketing, and product to ensure visual storytelling aligns with strategy
- Stay ahead of trends in AI visual tools and proactively propose workflow improvements that save time without cutting quality
- Bring a thoughtful, ethical lens to AI usage, understanding copyright risk, bias in generated imagery, and responsible tool use
- Experience designing for brand activations and pop-up events — environmental graphics, signage, booth layouts, or experiential touchpoints
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that shows both traditional craft and AI-assisted work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools, you know how to prompt, iterate, and post-produce to get results that hold up at production quality
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable working across multiple formats: digital, print, social, and OOH
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines without dropping quality
