About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of our client, Moonbow, an independent brand studio based in Singapore.
Moonbow works with businesses to help them gain clarity around who they are, what they stand for, and how that story should be expressed across the touchpoints that matter most. They help brands understand themselves clearly before deciding how they should look, sound, or show up.
Rather than assuming solutions upfront, Moonbow takes time to understand the business, its challenges, and its audience. This allows them to determine what kind of work is actually needed, whether that’s strategy, identity, content, or a combination of these.

Role Overview
We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in branding design to work closely with our Creative Director. You must be comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through to execution, and bring both craft and judgement to the work. You’ll be involved early in the thinking, help shape visual direction, and see work through to production across multiple touchpoints. You should be confident working independently, thoughtful in collaboration, and comfortable translating strategic intent into clear, considered design outcomes. You’ll bring brand identities to life across multiple touchpoints with precision, taste, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute complete visual identity systems; logos, brand guidelines, & supporting assets
- Design impactful packaging with a deep understanding of structural & production constraints
- Work across a range of visual mediums, with particular strength in vector graphics, illustration, & iconography
- Translate conceptual direction into compelling, polished design outcomes
- Build comprehensive & visually engaging decks to communicate creative thinking
- Create detailed & strategic brand guidelines that document visual systems & usage across all brand touchpoints
- Collaborate with Creative Directors to interpret & expand upon creative vision
- Guide and mentor junior designers, providing clear feedback and design direction
- Prepare FA for print, ensuring accuracy & alignment with production specs
- Apply strong typographic skills in all facets of design; familiarity with type design is a plus.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, specifically within branding agencies or studios with a focus on branding, packaging & print.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project management from ideation to delivery, with a specific focus on Branding and Packaging.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Presentation Skills: Super proficient in building clear, inspiring presentation decks.
- Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of print production processes, materials, and typography with a strong sense of typography, layout, color, & visual storytelling.
- Language: Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory to present ideas and collaborate globally.
- Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Figma, motion graphics/animation, or an interest in sustainable packaging is a strong plus.
