Job description for Senior Graphic & Multimedia Designer at TAK Products & Services Pte Ltd

About Lamitak

Lamitak is a leading decorative surface brand serving architects, interior designers, contractors, project specifiers, dealers and homeowners across Indonesia and the region. Our products bring colour, texture and character to residential, commercial and hospitality interiors.

As a decorative surface brand, how our products are seen matters. From printed materials and digital content to showrooms, exhibitions and photography, every visual detail plays a part in how customers experience our products. Accurate representation of colour, texture, scale and finish is therefore an important part of our creative work.

At Lamitak, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of creative formats — from print and digital content to photography, video, showrooms and exhibitions — bringing our products and visual identity to life across different customer touchpoints.

Role Summary

The Senior Graphic & Multimedia Designer is responsible for developing and producing creative visual content across print, digital, photography, video, showroom and exhibition materials. The role covers the creative process from brief through to final production, including artwork preparation, print production, digital content creation, photography and video editing. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors and the Singapore headquarters to deliver accurate, consistent and high-quality creative materials across various platforms and touchpoints.

What You Will Work On

  • Develop creative artwork and visual materials for catalogues, brochures, packaging, advertisements, presentation materials, showroom and event collateral.
  • Design exhibition graphics, signage, backdrops and wayfinding materials for exhibitions, showrooms and events.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork, including proofing, press checks and fabrication coordination, while working directly with external vendors.
  • Create digital content and visual assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, websites, EDMs and digital advertising, ensuring artwork is correctly adapted to each platform.
  • Capture product, material and event photography, including fast-turnaround event coverage.
  • Produce and edit short-form video content, basic motion graphics, subtitles and audio, with support on longer-form video projects.
  • Support exhibitions and showroom programmes in Tangerang, Surabaya, Bali and other locations as required.
  • Develop and maintain a reusable template system and well-organised central creative asset library.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with hands-on experience in print production, including CMYK, proofing, large-format production, fabrication and vendor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy and grid systems, with the ability to adapt a creative concept across multiple formats while maintaining its visual intent.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to review printed and digital output against physical material samples, ensuring accurate representation of colour, texture and finish.
  • Ability to independently produce day-to-day photography and visual content, including using a company-issued mobile device. Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Comfortable capturing and editing video, with working knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut.
  • Good understanding of digital platform specifications, including dimensions, aspect ratios, safe zones, file sizes, export settings and colour spaces.
  • Practical experience taking creative work from brief through to final production.
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English, as the role requires communication with local stakeholders and vendors, as well as coordination with the Singapore headquarters.
  • Willing to travel within Indonesia and overseas when required, and to support events that may occasionally take place during evenings or weekends.

Additional Skills & Experience

The following experience and skills would be an added advantage:

  • Experience with premium, architecture, interior design, furniture, building materials, hospitality or other design-led brands.
  • Experience using professional photography or videography equipment.
  • Knowledge of After Effects or other motion-graphics tools, including advanced motion graphics, 2D animation or advanced colour grading.
  • Experience with multi-camera shooting or editing.
  • Experience with advanced product styling.
  • Knowledge of SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray or basic 3D visualisation.
  • Experience with exhibition, environmental or retail/showroom design.
  • Experience in architectural or interior photography.

What We Provide

We provide the tools, equipment and software reasonably required for the role, including a workstation or laptop, design and editing software, a company-issued mobile device for routine photography and video, and storage and backup access.

You do not need to own professional photography or videography equipment. If you already own and use your own equipment, you are welcome to highlight this as part of your application.
