SENIOR FURNITURE MERCHANDISER

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Male/Female
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in furniture merchandising, sourcing or trading.
4. Strong knowledge of furniture materials (especially wood, metal, and upholstery) and production processes.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
8. Willing to work in Batang.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the entire order process from product development, costing, sampling, production, to shipment.
2. Coordinate closely with buyers, factories, and internal teams to ensure product specifications, quality and delivery timelines are met.
3. Prepare quotations, costing analysis, and order documentation.
4. Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve potential issues.
5. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
