Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver design and deployment system
- Analyze and translate customer business needs be an effective proposal if necessary
- Have ability to create high quality functional documentation
- Create functional solution solutions based upon client business requirements
- Conduct requirement gathering with all level of professionals
- Must be customer focused and results oriented
REQUIRMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in System Information, Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university
- Preferable more than 5 year(s) of working experience in related position
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service)
- At least 3 full cycle Dynamics CRM Projects
- Have deep Technofunctional skills and Dynamics Portal Skill
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environment
- Analytical and good problem solving skill
- Willing to work hard to get the job done within the deadline
