Job description for Senior Frontend Developer at eRpay
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our IT team in building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, particularly in payment and transaction systems. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable frontend solutions while ensuring an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy frontend code efficiently to ensure features and modules are delivered on schedule.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and prevent potential issues before production deployment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure the stability and reliability of existing applications.
- Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, and Product teams to plan and execute efficient development workflows, ensuring seamless integration and successful releases.
- Ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of frontend applications while minimizing downtime.
- Drive the development process and ensure project deliverables are completed on time according to release schedules.
- Manage technical debt, optimize existing code architecture, and maintain high coding standards to support long-term scalability and maintainability.
- Respond to production incidents by providing timely hotfixes and effective technical solutions to minimize service disruption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
- Experience integrating REST APIs or GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Hands-on experience with code reviews, debugging, and application performance optimization.
- Experience with financial systems or payment applications is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of EDC workflows and PCI DSS standards is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python, Transformers, Large Language Models (LLMs), NumPy, or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and modern AI frameworks.
- Background in payment gateway or financial transaction systems.
- Experience building high-availability, high-traffic applications.
