Senior Finance (Retail & Fulfillment)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all finance activities related to retail stores and fulfillment operations
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L, cash flow, and budgeting
3. Monitor sales revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), operating expenses, and margins
4. Control inventory valuation, stock movement, and cost allocation for retail and warehouse operations
5. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processes
6. Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
7. Support tax preparation and reporting (PPN, PPh, etc.)
8. Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure financial accuracy
9. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for business decisions
10. Support internal and external audits

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Finance, preferably in retail and fulfillment/logistics business
3. Strong understanding of retail finance, inventory costing, and fulfillment operations
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, analysis, reporting)
5. Experience handling budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
6. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure
7. Good communication and coordination skills
8. Ability to communicate in English is a strong advantage
9. Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus
