    - Monitor aging AR collections and aging AP payment schedules to support cash flow management.
    - Assist the Assistant Finance Manager in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
    - Manage fixed asset registers and accurately record monthly asset depreciation.
  2. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
    -
Calculate, withhold, and report company tax obligations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), Final Tax, and PPN/VAT) accurately and on schedule.
    - Operate tax software and official portals (PSIAP, Coretax) to generate withholding certificates and tax returns.
    - Ensure all transactions adhere to Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and current local tax regulations.
  3. Treasury & Cash Management
    -
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and track daily cash positions.
    - Inspect and verify supporting documentation and approval chains prior to payment execution.
    - Oversee petty cash funds and review employee expense reimbursements.
  4. Financial Reporting & Analysis
    - Prepare draft monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow) for Assistant Finance Manager review.
    - Perform initial variance analysis comparing actual revenues and expenditures against operating budgets.
    - Compile financial data, supporting schedules, and documentation required for internal and external audits.
  5. Supervision & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    -
Guide, review, and validate routine work completed by Junior Finance Officers or Admin staff.
    - Collaborate with other operational departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and streamline financial workflows.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
  2. Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting roles (experience as a Senior Officer or first-line Supervisor is preferred).

Technical Skills & Software:

  2. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, and basic financial modeling) and Coretax.
  3. In-depth understanding of Indonesian taxation laws (Brevet A & B certification is highly desirable).

Core Competencies:
