Job description for Senior Finance (Mandarin Speaker) at Chindo Business Center
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, particularly in invoice management.
2. Experienced in monitoring and controlling the invoice process, including document verification, amount checking, approval, and payment processing.
3. Able to ensure all invoices are processed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company procedures.
4. Experienced in monitoring and managing AR Aging.
5. Able to review and check team members work, allocate team tasks, and ensure accuracy throughout the entire invoice process.
6. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and attention to detail skills.
7. Fluency in Mandarin is required for cross-departmental communication and coordination.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Finance/Accounting systems is a plus.
